
This was my belated birthday gift to Kate. She designed/sketched it and chose the Amy Butler fabric herself. The criss-cross flaps have magnetic snaps over the front pocket. I sewed a strip of Peltex into the bottom to give it stability.

The two side straps hold the bag pleated at the sides/keep them folded. It was fun to make something someone I know designed.

ReplyDeleteI made the pillows, but I didn't make that quilt. It's amazing, though, right?? My friend made it for Jax, and it was her FIRST QUILT! Amazes me.
