It's Giveaway Day(s)!

It's that time again.  This time I'm giving away 3 Fat Quarters from Denyse Schmidt's DS Quilts Fairgrounds collection, along with a 5 oz. scrap bag (below).  Both are from my Etsy shop, Fabrixoup.  Comments must be made by midnight on Wednesday, May 25th, Mountain Standard Time.  International entries welcome.  I'll announce the winner on Thursday and contact the winner via email.

This time, I'm making you work for your entry.  Look at the 3 photos of fabrics below and tell me the name of the designer and the name of the line/collection it is from (not the manufacturer).  Answer all three in one comment, and please number your comment.  For example:  "#5 Denyse Schmidt, Hope Valley."  You must name/identify all 3 fabrics correctly to win.  If you're not sure, it doesn't hurt to try!  I'm trying to keep it easy, so please don't look at others' answers!  I will run the random generator until someone has all 3 questions correct.

*BONUS PRIZE*:  The FIRST person to correctly identify the piece of fabric below will receive a special bonus prize. You can tell me anything about it--the manufacturer, designer, line, anything you know. I have been searching for this fabric for a long time, but have no idea what it is, so the first person who helps me find it first gets a prize as well.  Good luck!!
